We offer free shipping on orders of £40 and up, and a £4 flat rate on orders under £40.

Orders are processed within 48 hours, shipped via Evri, and then arrive within 2-4 business days. If you want to enquire about faster shipping, please email us at Care@ThriftTaco.com.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email Care@ThriftTaco.com and we will try to accommodate your request. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we currently only sell secondhand t-shirts on our website and all secondhand t-shirts are Final Sale. This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any of our secondhand items. We hope to sell new merchandise in the future and will update our policy to allow for returns, exchanges, and refunds of new merchandise at that time.

1. FINAL SALE – No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

As our t-shirts are carefully selected secondhand items, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS

Each secondhand t-shirt is carefully inspected for quality, and we make sure to describe the condition of the item accurately in the product details. However, please keep in mind that all items are secondhand and/or vintage, and some wear and tear may be visible, which is part of their unique charm.

3. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Care@ThriftTaco.com. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or full refund. You may be asked to provide photos to support your claim.
