If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email care@thrifttaco.com and we will try to accommodate your request. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

Our return policy depends on the type of product:

• Vintage & Secondhand: All sales are final, except in cases where the item received differs significantly from the description provided. If you believe that’s the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@thrifttaco.com with your order number and photos. If approved, returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval. Buyer covers return postage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
• Thrift Taco Merch: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Email care@thrifttaco.com to request a return. Buyer covers return postage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability (UK only). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All vintage & secondhand t-shirts are pre-loved and will show normal signs of wear. We note any unique imperfections on each product page, and pricing reflects this. Product photos form part of the description—please review them carefully before purchasing.
