Thrift Taco’s summer pop-up at Great Beyond Brewery brings a completely different menu to the railway arches in Hoxton, focused on what some norteños call cachetada - a style of taco rarely seen in the UK where there’s nothing to hide behind: just exceptional ingredients cooked exceptionally well. Built around outstanding British and European proteins including farm-fed Wiltshire pork, British wagyu, and Galician ex-dairy beef, alongside beautiful vegetables, heirloom tortillas, housemade sauces and fermented pickles, the menu is paired with beers selected by the Great Beyond team. All served from the same market stall tent that started Thrift Taco on Hoxton Street.
