Vintage 1980s Philadelphia Eagles Rare Jacket

A rare late-1980s Philadelphia Eagles jacket with an unusually early look and feel, this Kelly green zip-up combines two eras of the team’s visual identity. A circular embroidered helmet patch sits at the chest, while the back is dominated by a large textured flying eagle appliqué clutching a football — the logo the Eagles returned to in 1987 after more than a decade of using the helmet as their primary mark. The lightweight padded construction, pointed collar and green-and-white striped cuffs give the jacket a distinctly old-school sportswear silhouette. The original manufacturer and fabric information are no longer legible. Tagged Medium, it measures 23” pit to pit and 26.5” long. In fair vintage condition with multiple visible marks and stains to the front and natural ageing to the back appliqué, all shown in the photographs and reflected in the condition rating.
